For more than 40 years, Verland has built a family of person-centered community homes and services across nine counties, supporting nearly 400 individuals with intellectual disabilities, many of whom also navigate physical challenges.

The majority of our community homes are clustered here, threaded through the neighborhoods around Pittsburgh and out toward Sewickley, where the organization is based. It is also home to our largest share of day programming, so the people we support have somewhere to learn, work, and connect close by.
