In addition to Adult Resident Services and Community Support Services, Verland CLA is also qualified to provide out-of-home Respite Care Services when vacancies are available in our group homes. We can offer individual Respite Care Services up to 31 days in a calendar year. If they choose to do so, individuals who are admitted under this program can become permanent residents in the home, if he/she is qualified and compatible with other individuals who live in the home.

Under the Respite Care program, individuals are cared for by our well-qualified and trained staff in comfortable, safe homes allowing dedicated parents and caregivers to take a much-needed, short-term break from the stresses of caregiving.
